Roz Ke Rang: Slices of Mumbai Photography
Mumbai is not just a place, it is a mood. These frames capture the everyday chaos, the heritage corners, and the quiet poetry found in the city streets.
A collage of life lately, from the blur of an auto-rickshaw to the quiet architecture of a heritage building.
The view from Pizza By The Bay, a classic Mumbai experience where the sea breeze meets city life.
A moment of quiet reflection on a local train, holding a ticket that feels like a temporary passport to another part of the city's story.
A typical Mumbai scene: a red BEST bus, a yellow-and-black taxi, and lush greenery all sharing the same frame.
A vibe check of Mumbai after dark. The illuminated CSMT station contrasts with the simple joy of a vada pav, capturing the city's dualities.
A visual love letter to the city, from the inside of a pink-topped auto to the grand sweep of the Bandra-Worli Sea Link.
A voice note on human connection, inspired by a dinner with strangers. It started with a simple cup of coffee and ended with new stories.
Life in slices. This sliding reel captures the feeling of movement, from an auto ride to a glimpse out of an airplane window, all part of the journey.
Exploring the maze-like lanes of Worli Koliwada, where a traditional fishing village meets the modern marvel of the Sea Link.
Rick-shaw pics. There's no better way to see the city than from the back of an auto, watching the world go by.
About Roz Ke Rang: Slices of Mumbai
My work is not about perfect studio setups or staged poses. I spend hours walking through neighborhoods like Colaba or Bandra, waiting for the light to hit a chipped wall just right or for an auto to turn the corner. When you book a session, we are exploring the city's hidden lanes, finding the real Mumbai that does not show up in typical guidebooks.
My "Maximalism Core" style embraces the layers of the city. A clean portrait has its place, but my approach is about the texture of the environment—the peeling paint on a heritage bungalow in Fort, the reflection of a BEST bus in a rain-slicked window, and the candid laughter of a market vendor.
When we shoot together, think of it as a guided photo walk. We start early, chasing the morning light. We move through the chaos, not away from it. I do not use heavy rigs, just my gear and an eye for the "slices of life"—those fleeting moments that make Mumbai what it is.
Whether you want a documentary-style series of your daily routine or a cinematic reel of a cafe hop, my focus is on the story. I blend digital photography with my signature collages, using textures and typography to turn your moments into a scrapbook that feels lived-in, not manufactured. If you prefer things polished and sterile, we might not be a match. But if you want your photos to feel like a love letter to the city you call home, let us talk.
