A newborn session is not just about the props or the outfits; it is entirely about patience. Whether your little one is sleepy or wide awake, I never rush the process. We book a 3 to 4-hour window in the studio, which gives us plenty of time for feeding, soothing, and diaper changes, ensuring your baby stays comfortable and calm while we capture those natural, peaceful expressions.
Creating art from those first few weeks takes more than just a camera. It takes an environment where your baby feels safe and parents can breathe. My studio in JP Nagar is equipped with everything needed for a smooth session, including feeding areas and a collection of sanitized, high-quality props, wraps, and knits.
When you book a newborn session, we do not just shoot. We create an experience that respects your baby’s rhythm. If they need to feed or be held, we pause. The generous time frame allows us to work through 3 to 4 distinct themes, including classic poses like bean bag rests or prop setups in rattan baskets. My approach relies on safe, comfortable posing techniques, always supported by a trained assistant acting as a spotter to ensure your baby is secure at all times.
We often use composite editing for more elaborate artistic scenes, ensuring the baby is always grounded safely on the floor while we capture images that look like fantasy. From the classic black and white portraits to thematic setups like floral blooms or cozy autumn scenes, every image is designed to be a timeless piece of art for your home. You will walk away with 15 to 25 professionally retouched high-resolution images that freeze this short, precious stage in time.
