• I work greenery into the design - rooftop gardens, cozy courtyards, even indoor plants tucked under the stairs.
• Custom lighting solutions matter. Natural light comes first, with big windows and skylights. After dark, I use layered lighting to highlight the best spots.

• Material choices are key - concrete, marble, wood, black metal. It has to feel right.
• Staircases and bathrooms aren’t just practical; I treat them like art pieces.
• Furniture? Always modern, minimalist, and sculptural - it should fit the space, not fight with it.
