We teach more than just punches and kicks. Our SSKKA family focuses on building Speed, Stamina, and Strength so you can move with confidence and purpose.

This is where precision is honed. A one-on-one pad work session allows our kickboxing students to practice combinations, improve their accuracy, and build punching power under the direct guidance of a coach.

A montage of our Wednesday practice sessions, showing students of different levels engaged in various drills. From pad work to sparring, these sessions are designed to build fundamental skills and improve fight conditioning.

Our Judo training focuses on using an opponent's momentum against them. This session, led by Sensei Vighnesh Murkar, covers fundamental throws and grappling techniques essential for effective close-quarters self-defense.
