About Seasonal Fruit Delights
We don't rely on canned fillers or pre-made purees. When the season hits, I personally source the ripest mangoes for our cheesecakes or slow-cook fresh strawberry compote for our morning bakes, because you can genuinely taste the difference when ingredients are truly in season. This means our menu changes often, but it also ensures you are getting the absolute best of what nature has to offer right now.
Nature has a way of knowing exactly what we need, and in my kitchen, we follow that lead. Whether it is the distinct tartness of winter strawberries in a classic Victoria Sponge or the golden, sweet richness of Alphonso mangoes in our signature cheesecake, our goal is to highlight the fruit, not mask it with artificial flavours.

When you order from our seasonal menu, you aren't getting a mass-produced dessert. You are getting small-batch bakes crafted with fruits sourced from local markets at the peak of their harvest. Our Process
From the moment the first crate of mangoes arrives at our Anand Lok studio, the prep begins—pulping, pureeing, and balancing sweetness. We don't use high-fructose corn syrups. Instead, we adjust our sugar levels to let the natural sugars of the fruit shine. Whether it’s the contrast of dark Belgian chocolate with fresh orange zest or the lightness of berries and cream, we focus on fresh, clean profiles.

We deliver these fresh treats across Delhi NCR. Since these cakes use fresh produce, we recommend planning your orders a little in advance so we can prepare your bakes perfectly.
