About Fresh Fruit & Seasonal Delights
Instead of heavy fondant, we prioritize the fruit itself. Our cakes are intentionally lighter, using a delicate vanilla Chantilly cream or whipped dairy cream to ensure the natural sweetness of fresh mangoes, berries, or seasonal produce shines through in every bite.
We do not believe in drowning a cake in fondant. When you order a fruit cake from us, you want to taste the fruit, not sugar paste. We take a minimalist approach to decoration to keep the focus where it belongs: on quality ingredients.
For our seasonal gateaux, we use hand-picked Safeda mangoes in summer, layering them into pillowy, light vanilla sponges. We design these cakes to be refreshing rather than overly sweet. We use a light vanilla cream that balances the tanginess of fresh berries or the richness of mangoes perfectly.
If you are looking for something truly different for a summer party, we even craft 'cakes' carved entirely from fresh watermelon, decorated with other seasonal fruits. It is a healthy, unconventional hit.
We are based in Rajouri Garden, but we deliver these delicate treats across Delhi NCR. Because fruit cakes rely entirely on the quality of produce, we only bake with what is fresh and in season. If a fruit is not good enough to eat on its own, it does not go on our cake. We also offer eggless options for all our fruit cakes, so you never have to compromise on your dietary needs.
