Throughout the year, our ovens follow the calendar. In the height of summer, our kitchen fills with the scent of fresh mangoes for our Tres Leches and fruit-topped sponge cakes. Why Limited Editions Matter

Because we are two sisters working in our own studio, we cannot mass-produce these treats. We prefer to make smaller batches that are fresh and thoughtfully crafted. This means our festival specials—like our Thandai-infused treats for Holi or our unique bakes for Janmashtami—often sell out quickly.

We never rely on artificial syrups or preservatives to mimic seasonal flavors. If it is mango season, you are getting fresh, juicy fruit, not flavor extracts.
