About Beyond Karate: Kickboxing & MMA
Our MMA and kickboxing sessions prioritize raw conditioning and striking techniques, moving beyond the structure of traditional karate forms. We focus on cardio-heavy drills, heavy bag work, and practical ground defense in a hardcore, non-AC environment, tailored specifically for adults who need to blow off steam after work.
Training for Real Results
At Tatpar Institute, we believe 'जितना तापोगे उतना निखारोगे' (the more you sweat, the more you shine). Our adult batches are not about fancy footwork; they are about functional strength. Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to refine your striking, our classes cover:
- Stand-up Striking: Mastering knees, elbows, and proper punch combinations.
- Conditioning: Heavy bag work and bodyweight drills that push your stamina.

The Evening Batch Experience
We know the struggle of balancing a job and fitness. That is why our evening batches start at 7 PM. You get a space to train hard without the distractions of a commercial gym. You will be training on shared mats with a group that values discipline as much as you do. We provide shin guards and gloves for technical sparring, but bring your grit.
