We approach every menu with a simple rule: if it does not surprise the palate, it does not make the plate. Whether we are transforming a rustic classic like Sarsoon da Saag into a refined wedding course or setting up a live sushi bar alongside a traditional tandoor grill, our focus remains on the marriage of technique and storytelling. We do not just cook, we ensure the presentation is as deliberate as the taste.
My journey from ITC kitchens to Tandoori Nights taught me one thing: perfection is in the detail. Our philosophy is rooted in the idea that a wedding feast should tell a story, not just serve calories. We avoid standard, repetitive buffets. Instead, we create live culinary theaters where tandoors, sushi bars, and chaat stations provide entertainment for your guests as much as sustenance. Based out of Chandan Hola, we cater across Delhi NCR and travel for destination weddings, bringing a high-touch, executive-led approach to every event.
We are particularly proud of our approach to modernizing Indian staples. We take time-honored classics and present them with a contemporary flair that feels right for a luxury setting. My partner Sakshi Tuli leads our styling efforts, using props, floral arrangements, and premium serveware to turn food stations into visual highlights.
