About Our Culinary Leadership
My kitchen is built on two decades of experience, starting from my professional training at ITC to the bespoke menus we design today. When you hire us, you are not just getting a catering crew; you are entering a partnership where I manage the flavor profiles, and Sakshi, our food stylist, handles the visual narrative. We plan your menu based on your venue layout and guest flow, ensuring that live stations, such as the Tandoor or Sushi bars, are positioned to maximize both engagement and elegance.
Our culinary philosophy is rooted in the idea that a menu should never be a template. Whether you are planning a large-scale wedding in Delhi or an intimate corporate gathering, the food must tell a story.
The Art of the Feast
We bring a dual-expertise approach to every contract. My focus as a chef is on ingredient integrity and perfecting the slow-cooked classics, such as Dal Makhani or Mutton Rogan Josh. I rely on traditional techniques to build depth of flavor. Simultaneously, Sakshi Tuli brings an artistic lens to the service. We believe the first bite is taken with the eyes. From the way our copper lagans are displayed to the selection of edible accents like fresh herbs and vibrant spices, every detail is intentional.
