About Our Culinary Team & Vision

When you book us, you get more than just a kitchen team. Lalit manages the science of flavor profiles, while Sakshi handles the visual layout of the buffet. This partnership ensures the food remains hot and fresh, while the presentation looks more like a dining installation than a standard catering setup.

Our approach relies on a clear division of expertise. Chef Lalit Tuli brings his twenty years of experience from ITC kitchens to every menu design. He treats ingredients with precision, ensuring classic North Indian dishes like Sarsoon da Saag maintain their soul while newer fusion concepts, such as our Pulled Masala Jackfruit, receive the same technical attention.

While the flavor is his domain, the visual impact is led by Sakshi Tuli. She focuses on the staging of your event. Instead of standard metal warmers, she uses copper vessels, tiered wooden risers, and micro-styling to ensure the food looks as vibrant as it tastes. We believe that your guests eat with their eyes long before they take a bite.

We do not operate on a conveyor belt model. Whether we are setting up a live Tandoor station or a plated dinner service, our team acts as performers. We want your guests to see the smoke from the grills and the assembly of their chaat. Our staff is trained to maintain a professional presence, ensuring your event flows smoothly from the first appetizer to the final dessert.
