Our Featured Work: Architecture With Soul
We see commercial spaces as more than just infrastructure. Here are some of our selected projects where we have balanced biophilic design, human-centric layouts, and storytelling to create environments that feel alive.
A glimpse into the lounge at the ARVA Fertility Clinic. We designed this space to feel less like a clinical waiting room and more like a warm, inviting living area, using soft lighting, comfortable furniture, and natural elements to create a sense of calm and ease for patients.
Witness the transformation of a standard office shell into a vibrant, biophilic workspace for an ad agency. This video shows how we re-imagined the layout to foster creativity and collaboration, proving that even with constraints, a workplace can be both functional and inspiring.
The reception area for LWYD Interactive, designed to make a strong first impression. We used fluted glass panels to create a sense of openness while maintaining privacy, balancing a modern aesthetic with a welcoming, human touch.
The arched reception desk at ARVA Clinic, a design element with a story. Inspired by the idea of a London phone booth turned inside out, it transforms a symbol of private calls into a welcoming space for open conversation, highlighted by the warm glow of the brand's name.
In this video, I discuss the crucial difference between simply constructing a building and creating true architecture. It's a look into our core belief that spaces should resonate with people, lift the human spirit, and carry a story within their walls.
A private, comfortable nook within the ARVA clinic. We believe great design is found in these details, creating dignified and discreet spaces for sensitive consultations. The use of rich textures and soft lighting ensures every corner of the clinic feels safe and personal.

Every one of our projects begins with a simple, powerful tool: the hand-drawn sketch. This is where intuition meets intention, allowing us to explore the soul of a space long before the first brick is laid. We believe in the power of the thinking hand.
About Featured
Every project you see here started with a hand-drawn sketch, not a software model. We believe in the thinking hand—the idea that buildings should be crafted with human intention, not manufactured. When you look at our commercial projects, you aren't just seeing offices or clinics; you are seeing a response to how people actually inhabit a room. We prioritize biophilic elements and acoustics to ensure that whether you are in a fertility clinic or a creative agency, the environment supports your well-being rather than just filling a floor plate.
Architecture should be an extension of the story you are trying to tell. Many commercial interiors in Bengaluru suffer from a 'copy-paste' approach, resulting in sterile, forgettable environments. We work differently.
Designing for Meaning
For the ARVA Fertility Clinic, we moved away from clinical, cold aesthetics. We used warm, earthy tones and acoustic engineering to ensure private, dignified consultations. The arched reception, inspired by an inverted phone booth, transforms a traditionally solitary element into an inviting space for conversation.
In our workspace projects, such as the office for LWYD Interactive, we focused on functionality without sacrificing warmth. By utilizing suspended metal frameworks with plants, we created visual barriers that offer privacy while maintaining the open, collaborative energy essential for creative agencies.
Our Process
- The Initial Sketch: We reject the urge to jump into 3D modeling immediately. We start with a pen, paper, and a conversation to capture the soul of your brand.
- Materiality: From industrial concrete ceilings to AC4 grade wooden flooring, we choose materials that age gracefully and ground the space.
- Human-Centric Layouts: We prioritize ergonomics and movement. If a layout doesn't encourage interaction or provide comfort for the people using it, it hasn't succeeded.
Whether you need a complete office renovation or a specialized healthcare environment, we look for the narrative hidden in your requirements. If you want a space that feels like it belongs to your brand, let's talk.
