About Meet Our Mentors
Every mentor you see here is a working musician, not someone just reading from a book. When Joel or Vikas steps into a classroom, they bring the exact same energy they use on stage to your lesson. Whether it is guitar shredding or keyboard theory, you are learning from people who actually do this for a living, not someone just teaching you the syllabus.
At Taaqademy, we believe the best way to learn music is to learn from someone who does it for real. We don't hire 'instructors' who just want to tick boxes. Our faculty members are gigging musicians, band leaders, and performers who bring the 'sakkath majja' to every session.
Whether we are handling an in-school music curriculum or running a private 1-on-1 session, the focus is always on playing. We have seen students across Bangalore gain confidence because they are learning from mentors who know exactly how to handle a crowd.
We blend structured learning—like preparing for Trinity or RSL exams—with the raw energy of a live gig. Our teachers are Yodas, not boring chachas.
