My Story & Behind the Scenes: A Peek into Sweet Home Bakery
I never had a big business plan. It was just me, a lot of late nights, and a simple desire to make something real in my Vasai kitchen.
"Not a cakewalk" is right! Seeing my story featured with this headline in a national portal was a dream come true. It talks about how I, a mother from Vasai, found financial independence through my passion for baking.
About My Story & Behind the Scenes
People see the final cake, but they don't see the eight years of late nights and balancing motherhood with the business. My studio in Vasai West is where I make everything from scratch, intentionally choosing the hard way over shortcuts. It is real, it is messy, and it is exactly the kind of passion I pour into my classes.
I started in 2017 with a spark and zero business plans. Just me, an oven, and the need to do something that felt like me. You won’t find mass-produced batches here because I believe every cake needs a human touch. That is exactly how I teach, too. In my workshops, we do not just follow recipes. I show you where I messed up so you do not have to. Whether it is mastering the perfect sponge or sculpting a fondant figure that actually looks like a human, we do it the messy, honest way. My Vasai studio is small, but it is where all the magic and the flour dust settles. I wanted to build a place where I could be a mom, a creator, and a teacher all at once. Whether you are looking for custom birthday cakes or want to join my Baking Basics Bootcamp, know that I am putting my heart into every single step.
