Pure and Simple Newborn Photography
These sessions focus entirely on your baby’s first quiet days. We use soft, breathable wraps and neutral tones to capture the calm beauty of your newborn, creating timeless portraits you will always cherish.

About Pure & Simple
For these clean, minimalist portraits, I recommend booking your session when your baby is between 8 and 20 days old. During this time, little ones are most comfortable in a deep, curled sleep, which allows us to use gentle swaddling techniques to create those timeless, peaceful images without needing complex props or distractions.
Many parents ask why the timing for newborn photography is so specific. In those first three weeks, your baby naturally settles into the fetal position they held for nine months. This curled state is where the magic happens, as it keeps them cozy, calm, and ready for those classic, undisturbed portraits.
My studio in Panchyawala, Jaipur, is kept warm and quiet to mimic the comfort of the womb. Whether we are using soft, textured wraps or simple wooden props, safety is my primary focus. I always allow ample time for feeding and soothing. These sessions are about the baby, not the outfit. We strip away the clutter to focus on the soft curves of their face, their tiny toes, and the peace of their slumber. You get a collection of high-resolution images that are honest, authentic, and free from dated trends. It is a quiet, relaxed experience meant for you to slow down and enjoy these fleeting, early days.

Hi, I am Shweta. I believe the most beautiful portraits don't need elaborate backdrops; they just need your little one in their most peaceful state. I love capturing these quiet, early moments in my Jaipur studio, focusing entirely on the tiny details that change so fast.
