Freshness is non-negotiable for us. Whether we are preparing live counters for a wedding or a seated Yele Oota, we do not believe in pre-cooked batches. Every Kosambari is tossed right before service, and our Holige is prepared to order so it reaches your plate warm and soft, just like it came out of a home kitchen.

We follow the classic serving sequence, starting with salt and ending with rice, ensuring everything from the kosambari to the bele holige is balanced. My staff, dressed in traditional attire, manages the bucket service efficiently so the meal flows exactly as it should.
