This isn't a buffet; it is a choreographed sit-down experience. My team handles the entire flow—from the flower petal welcome to the traditional surahi handwashing ritual—so your guests stay seated and are served course after course, allowing them to focus entirely on the conversation and the meal.

When you choose our Royal Rajasthani Affair, you are moving away from the standard buffet line. We transform your event space into a traditional dining hall. We set up low wooden 'Bajot' tables with plush floor seating, creating an intimate, communal atmosphere that encourages guests to slow down and savor the meal.
The Setup and Service
Presentation is the foundation of this experience. We use gold-colored electroplated thalis, katoris, and tumblers that catch the light and add immediate elegance to the table. Our staff, dressed in traditional Rajasthani turbans and ethnic jackets, manage the service flow. This means your guests never have to get up to find food; everything is brought to them, hot and fresh, in the authentic 'pankti' style.
Authentic Flavors
The menu is designed to be a complete journey. We start with traditional welcoming drinks like Kesar Lassi or Thandai served in clay kulhads. The meal features regional staples including:
- Signature Mains: Dal Baati Churma served with generous ghee, Gatte ki Sabzi, and Ker Sangri.
- Staples: Bajra Rotla with white butter, Ghee Rice, and Kadhi.
- Sweet Endings: Malpua with Rabdi, Ghevar, and Moong Dal Halwa.
