About Cozy Cabana Setups
We build our indoor cabanas using a 4 to 5 foot A-frame structure that fits comfortably in most bedrooms or living areas. Our team takes between 90 and 120 minutes to assemble the tent, drape the sheer net fabric, and hang 12 to 15 of your photos from ceiling balloons to create an immersive experience.
Our cabana setups focus on creating an intimate atmosphere without requiring a massive venue. Since we use a temporary A-frame or square structure, this decor works well for apartments where space is limited but you still want a visual impact.
We use warm white LED fairy lights to line the fabric, which provides a soft glow that feels much more natural than standard room lighting. The addition of 12 to 15 of your personal photographs makes the space feel personal rather than generic. You provide the photos, and we handle the printing and clipping.
Practical considerations:
- Space requirements: Ensure you have an area of at least 5 by 5 feet cleared for the structure.
- Timing: Our team requires 90 to 120 minutes to set everything up, so plan accordingly if the person you are surprising is coming home soon.
