Room & Suite Decor Package
Main Setup
- Backdrop: 6ft Ring structure with a personalized printed flex cover OR a draped curtain setup with fairy lights.
- Signage: Custom sunboard sign (e.g., "Welcome", "Bride-to-Be") displayed on a wooden easel stand.
Balloon Styling
- Arrangement: One organic balloon bunch (6-8ft length) attached to the frame in theme colors.
- Scatter: Choice of 20 loose floor balloons OR 15 air-filled ceiling balloons attached with removable glue dots.
- Foils: Includes 2-3 large themed foil balloons (Ring, Bottle, Baby Foot, etc.).
Props & Details
- Photo Props: Set of handheld cardstock props on sticks.
- Accessories: Premium sash for the guest of honor.

- Backdrop: Choice of a 6ft Golden Metal Ring Arch OR a Boho Cabana structure draped in white georgette.
- Neon Sign: Rental of premium text signage (e.g., "Will You Marry Me", "Better Together") mounted centrally.
- Illumination: Extensive warm-white fairy lights (pixel LEDs) creating a starry effect.
Florals & Balloons
- Balloon Work: L-shaped or semi-arch arrangement using 200+ Chrome and Pastel Matte balloons (no basic metallic balloons).
- Florals: High-quality artificial rose and hydrangea bunches integrated into the arch.
- Floor: Fresh rose petal pathway and scattered petals on the rug area.
Boho Seating & Ambience
- Furniture: Low-height wooden pallet table with jute rugs and macrame cushions.
- Candles: 15-20 glass cylinder vases with floating candles or LED pillars placed around the perimeter.
Crew
- Manpower: 3-4 member crew for setup and takedown (approx. 4 hours on-site).

The Heavy Structures

Milestones deserve more than basic decor. For me and Harshit, Surprise Sutra is our everyday life, not just a business. We’re usually the ones up at dawn setting up, or packing away balloons long after midnight. Honestly, jitna bhi try karo life mein kuch na kuch to chhootega hi (no matter how hard you try, something always gets missed), but we’re obsessed with making sure your celebration isn’t that thing. We bring heart, hustle, and a little bit of our own madness to every milestone.
Milestone Moments, Your Way
- Birthdays from wild firsts to golden 50ths - we do it all. Expect Pinterest-perfect looks with custom backdrops, sequin walls, and organic balloon garlands.
- Anniversaries are special - we love weaving your own story into the decor with photo boards, mini easels, and romantic anniversary backdrops full of florals and candles.
- Proposals?
Bas aap ring le aao(Just bring the ring). We’ll handle the unforgettable proposal setup, with dreamy lights and a candle-lit path. - Bachelorettes and bridal showers get our full attention too, with fun themes, boho-chic setups, and picture-perfect moments that are totally Insta-worthy.
How We Work
You bring the vision - a Pinterest board, favourite colour, random theme. We dive in and get hands-on, sweating the details until it’s just right. When you walk in and say “wow”, aur wahin bas sab kuch worth it ho gaya (that’s when everything feels worth it).

My Story
Never wanted a boring desk job, so here I am, running Surprise Sutra with my husband Harshit, living and breathing events. Our first setup feels like ages ago. Now, we’re doing big stuff, but honestly, it’s the people who make it special. Like Divyanshi and Mohit—planned their baby shower, and after that, बस मिलते जा रहे हैं (we just kept meeting). Some clients become family. Every good review? Screaming, crying, happy dance in the corner. Grateful, always.
