Before the foundation even touches your skin, the real work happens in the prep. Many brides ask if they need heavy coverage, but my process actually starts with analyzing your skin texture to decide between HD and Airbrush. If your skin is dry, we focus on intense hydration with Clinique or Embryolisse; if it's oily, we adjust the primer balance. This isn't just about covering flaws, it's about prepping your canvas so the makeup feels like a second skin, not a mask.
My Philosophy: Makeup That Feels Like You
I have been in this industry for over 10 years, and one thing stays consistent: makeup should never make you feel like a stranger in your own skin. My approach is simple. We focus on enhancing your features rather than hiding them under heavy layers of product.
The Process: From Prep to Setting
- Consultation & Skin Analysis: We start by discussing your skin type, weather, and outfit palette. This determines whether we go for an HD base using NARS and Estee Lauder or an Airbrush finish using Temptu, which is perfect for sweat-proof longevity.
- Luxury Skin Prep: A flawless finish relies on the prep. I use CTM routines with Embryolisse or Clinique to ensure your skin is hydrated and ready for 8-10 hours of wear.
- Eyes & Details: Whether it is a soft, shimmery look for a Sangeet or something traditional, we balance the eye makeup with your outfit. I use Huda Beauty and Tarte palettes to create depth without making it look cakey.
- The Final Lock: We finish with setting sprays like Urban Decay or Charlotte Tilbury to ensure that the radiant, dewy glow survives the dancing and the happy tears.
