I begin every session with dedicated luxury skin prep, often sourcing specialized serums from French pharmacies to ensure your base is hydrated and healthy before a single drop of foundation touches your skin. This is not just about makeup, it is about creating a canvas that holds your look flawlessly from the first photo until the final dance.
The Foundation of Glow
Great makeup starts long before the brush touches your face. My process centers on healthy, hydrated skin. I use a combination of lymphatic drainage massage to de-puff and luxury hydrogel patches to lock in moisture. For a base that lasts through long wedding ceremonies, I prefer lightweight, buildable formulas that mimic skin texture rather than masking it. This ensures that even under heavy venue lighting, your complexion remains luminous and breathable.
My Signature Techniques
- Watercolor Blush: This is my go-to for a modern, flushed-from-within look. By layering sheer, liquid-based shades in a diffused manner, I create depth without the harsh edges of traditional powder blush.
- The W-Pattern: I often apply blush across the apples of the cheeks and bridge of the nose. This mimics natural sunlight and creates a cohesive, youthful effect.
- Setting vs. Fixing: There is a distinct difference in my kit. I use setting sprays to melt powders into the skin for a seamless finish and heavy-duty fixing sprays at the very end to lock everything in place for 12+ hours.
Why Technique Matters
Photography demands specific attention. My blending method involves a brush-and-sponge technique to ensure there are no harsh lines, particularly between the contour and highlight. Whether it is a daytime Mehendi or an evening reception, I adjust my product ratios to ensure your makeup is flash-optimized and photo-ready at every angle.
