About this collection
These aren't just dance routines. We integrate 1kg to 2kg dumbbell sets and focused floor work into our regular Zumba slots. It’s the perfect balance—you get the high-intensity cardio you love, but you also hit those core and lower body muscles that standard dance classes often miss.
At RDI, we realized that people want to dance, but they also want results. We don't believe in forcing you into a boring gym corner with heavy equipment. Instead, we use our 800 sq ft shock-absorbent wooden studio to host sessions that combine the best of both worlds.
The RDI Mix
Our 'Beyond the Dance' sessions are built into our regular weekday batches. You aren't just following steps; you are engaging in:
- Abs Day: Dedicated core-strengthening exercises to build a solid foundation.
- Lower Body Burnout: High-rep, bodyweight movements that target the glutes and thighs.
- Dumbbell Toning: We use light 1kg to 2kg vinyl dumbbells during specific tracks to turn your cardio session into a full-body conditioning workout.
Why it works
Because you’re distracted by the Bollywood and Latin beats, you push past the fatigue you'd normally feel in a standard workout. Whether you are hitting the 6:15 AM batch or the 7 PM evening slot, the intensity is scalable. If you are new to this, don't sweat it—start with just bodyweight moves and move up to the weights whenever you feel ready. We’re here to help you get stronger, not just sweatier.
