When I arrive at your home, I bring my own air pumps, tape, and materials to start the build immediately. It is not just about sticking balloons to the wall; I take time to measure your space and ensure the arch or backdrop is sturdy and looks balanced. Whether it is a quick balloon room surprise or a full themed setup, my focus is on doing the work properly so you do not have to worry about anything falling down during your party.
Many people see the final photo of a decorated room, but the actual work happens in the hour before your guests arrive. My process is simple because I focus on the basics of good decor.
My Step-by-Step Approach

Space Assessment: Before I start inflating, I look at your wall space, ceiling height, and where the light falls. This determines how I place the foil banners or how wide I build the balloon arch.

Secure Installation: I use wall-safe glue dots and tapes that do not damage your paint. For arches or metal frames, I ensure the base is weighted or secured so it stays upright throughout your event.

Balloon Technique: Whether I am doing a floating effect for a birthday or a dense garland for an anniversary, I use professional-grade pumps and consistent sizing. This makes the decoration look full and even.

Final Touches: I finish with any additional props like light-up numbers, neon signs, or rose petals. I check the alignment of banners so everything is straight and centered for your photos.
What You Need to Know
For most home setups, I can finish the work in 60 to 90 minutes. If we are doing a larger themed setup with cutouts, it might take up to 3 hours. I tidy up my tools and scraps once I am done, leaving you with just the decoration. Please make sure there is a power point accessible if your package includes neon signs or marquee lights, as these items need to be plugged in.
