Please note that my 'helium' look is actually created using air-filled balloons and wall-safe glue dots. This gives you the exact same floating effect without the price tag of real helium, and these balloons stay fresh for your entire party. It is an affordable way to dress up a room for a birthday or anniversary.
When you do not need a large backdrop or stage, simple room decor is the best way to get the vibe right. I focus on making your space look festive using well-placed balloon bouquets and ceiling clusters.
How I handle the setup:
- The 'Helium' Effect: I use a mix of metallic or chrome finish balloons attached to the ceiling with specialized tape. It looks like they are floating, but they stay up for days.
- Balloon Bouquets: For floor arrangements, I create weighted bouquets that stand firm. These are perfect for corners, near an entrance, or beside a cake table.
- Color Choices: You pick the colors. Black and gold is a standard favourite for birthdays, while rose gold or pastels work great for romantic surprises or baby events.
What you should know before booking:
- Time: It takes me about 60 to 90 minutes to transform a standard living room or bedroom.
- Removal: Because I use wall-safe tape, you can easily remove the decorations yourself after the party ends without worrying about paint or wall damage.
- Customization: I can add foil numbers or 'Happy Birthday' banners to the mix. Just let me know your theme, and I will bring the right props from my shop in New Thippasandra.
