About Behind the Magic: Our Process
Most guests see only the final stage. We spend hours on the foundation—cutting custom foam props in our workshop, meticulously balancing floral density, and ensuring every LED light is secured safely. We do not just place decor; we build structures from scratch, often working through the night to ensure your venue is ready to match the vision we discussed.
From Sketch to Celebration
Every event we handle follows a journey. It starts with a conversation, followed by sketches, and ends with the physical, hands-on labor of our team. We believe that professional event decor in Bangalore is not just about renting items, but about creating an environment that feels personal.
Our Process
1. Design & Customization: We avoid generic packages. Whether you want a traditional muhurtham mandapa or a modern photo booth, we begin by understanding your specific theme. We sketch out the layout and select materials—from fresh marigolds to custom-cut MDF panels.
2. The Workshop Build: Much of the magic happens before we even reach the venue. Our team in Ullal spends time crafting unique props. This includes carving intricate foam shapes for backdrops and preparing the structural elements of our stage designs. This preparation allows us to execute complex setups quickly on the event day.
3. On-Site Execution: The real test is the setup. Our team coordinates on lighting, fabric draping, and floral installations.
