I do not use heavy creams or excessive oil in these dishes, preferring to rely on the natural flavors of fresh spinach, carrots, and quality lentils. When you order these healthy menus, I personally ensure my team uses fresh, locally sourced vegetables delivered the same morning, which means you get that crispness in every bite that pre-packed catering simply cannot match.
