Our performance-driven approach merges computational design with environmental engineering to combat urban air pollution.

This visual summary showcases the VERTO tower from multiple perspectives. You can see its scale in a public park setting, the intricate detail of its performance-driven facade, and its presence as both a functional object and a piece of urban sculpture.

VERTO is designed to improve the quality of life in urban spaces. Here, it is seen in Sunder Nursery Park in New Delhi, creating a zone of cleaner air for people to enjoy. The product is an active intervention in the urban environment.

A low-angle view emphasizing the tower's helical, upward twist. This rotation is key to its function, designed through aerodynamic principles to increase surface area and efficiently channel air through its advanced filtration system.

A detailed close-up of VERTO's triangulated facade. The gradient in the openings is a performance-driven feature, with larger apertures at air intake and outlet points. This demonstrates how every aesthetic choice is backed by engineering logic.

Here, one of our founding partners, Britta Knobel Gupta, examines the texture and form of the first VERTO prototype. This hands-on interaction is a crucial part of our design and development process, ensuring the final product meets our exacting standards.

The VERTO tower is designed to integrate seamlessly into green urban environments. This shot captures the relationship between the man-made technological object and the natural elements surrounding it, a physical representation of our 'Symbiosis' philosophy.

Our products are designed for everyday life. The VERTO tower operates quietly and safely within public spaces, allowing people and their pets to enjoy the benefits of cleaner air without disruption.

About VERTO: Performance-Driven Air Purification

Each VERTO tower functions as a 360-degree, multi-directional air purifier. By utilizing parametric modeling to create a helical, twisting form, we maximize the surface area for air intake, effectively cleaning up to 600,000 cubic meters of air daily while maintaining a minimal footprint in public green spaces.

Engineering Efficiency through Parametric Design

The core of the VERTO system is not merely aesthetic but rooted in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). We analyze local wind patterns to determine the tower's geometry, ensuring the helical twist channels air flow with minimal resistance. This specific form increases the surface area for filtration without requiring massive structural footprints, making it ideal for integration into existing parks and urban nodes.

Modular and Non-Intrusive Architecture

We treat the tower as a modular Kit of Parts. This approach facilitates transport and on-site assembly while respecting local biodiversity. By carefully designing the perforations and structural cores, we ensure that the system operates quietly and avoids creating wind turbulence that could disturb local wildlife. The gradient of openings in the facade is a direct result of our algorithmic process, optimizing airflow for maximum purification efficiency.

Sustainability and Circular Economy

The environmental impact of our products is calculated from the outset. VERTO systems are designed with longevity and recyclability in mind. By removing fine dust particles like PM2.5 and PM10 from the ambient air, we create micro-climates of cleaner air where communities can gather. It is a fusion of technology and biology, proving that urban infrastructure can contribute positively to the environment rather than just occupying space.
