Featured Corporate Interiors and Creative Workspaces
A collection of our signature projects, where we blend deep-rooted Indian textures with modern functionality to create workspaces that inspire.
This amphitheater space designed for UPSTOX is the heart of their collaborative zone. The custom wall graphic brings incredible energy, creating a perfect backdrop for town halls, brainstorming sessions, and informal team gatherings in a modern corporate environment.
Our studio's conference room balances sophistication and creativity. The custom-painted abstract wall art in earthy pastels creates a soothing atmosphere, while the black-stained Chandigarh chairs provide a sharp, contemporary contrast for focused client meetings.
In a busy office, creating zones for quiet work or leisure is key. This seating niche uses raw hollow bricks and an overhead mesh for plants, blending an industrial vibe with biophilic design to create a refreshing breakout area.
My personal cabin is designed for privacy while maintaining a visual connection to the studio. The desk itself embodies our philosophy, pairing a sourced vintage teak leg with a contemporary tabletop, a true juxtaposition of traditional and modern design.
I believe even functional spaces like a pantry should feel uplifting. Here, we used simple materials like hollow bricks for the island base, beige tiles, and plenty of plants to create a serene and inviting kitchen area for employees.
This is one of my favorite spots in our office. The balcony serves as a small escape, with Chettinad-inspired floor tiles and a simple neon sign that acts as a daily reminder to believe and become. It’s a perfect spot for a quick chai break.

About this collection
Designing an office is about finding the balance between productivity and comfort. We often see clients worry that an industrial look might feel cold, so we mitigate that by balancing raw materials like exposed brick or cement finishes with warm woods, lush greenery, and custom lighting. It is these small, intentional touches that make a space feel like a place your team actually wants to return to on a Monday morning.
At House of Ruya, our work goes beyond just setting up workstations. Whether it is the amphitheater we designed for the Upstox office or the quiet corners in our own studio, every project follows a rigorous but human-centric process. We start with mood boards and 3D visualizations to ensure we are dreaming the same dream, followed by on-site supervision where you will likely find me calling out instructions to ensure the execution matches the vision.
Our Design Philosophy
We believe your workspace should be an extension of your company culture. Our interiors often feature:
- Biophilic Elements: We integrate plants everywhere because they help people breathe easy and stay fresh.
- Raw & Earthy Materials: We love using hollow bricks, cement finishes, and exposed ducting, softened by traditional touches like Chettinad-inspired floor tiles or brass inlays.
- Custom Branding: We do not just slap a logo on a wall. We weave your brand identity into the architecture, using custom graphics and bold material palettes that tell your story.
The Process
We are involved from the first sketch to the final handover. This includes zoning for diverse work styles—collaborative amphitheaters for all-hands meetings, private phone booths for focus work, and relaxed pantries for chai breaks. If you are looking for an office fit-out in Bangalore that balances high-end aesthetics with practical, everyday use, we are here to help bring that vision to life.
House of Ruya
I am Aishwarya, founder of House of Ruya. We are a team of eight women who believe a workspace should not just be a place where laptops land, but a reflection of your company’s soul. We pour our hearts into every sketch and site visit to ensure your office feels just as considered and comfortable as your home.
