Welcome to the world of Studio Ipsa. We are Sonal and Aniketh, and this is where we share the stories behind the spaces we have built over the last nine years. Look through these highlights to see how we blend texture, light, and emotion into homes that feel like they have always belonged to you.
The KAIA living space is a warm and inviting sanctuary, where we curated a circular seating arrangement to foster connection. Neutral-toned boucle fabric sofas and armchairs were custom-designed, their soft textures complementing the serene ambiance, while a deep blue loveseat adds a striking yet elegant accent.
The heart of our Prangan project is this courtyard, featuring a magnificent 1500kg marble statue of Lord Shiva and his family, sourced from Varanasi. Flanked by massive teak pillars, this space is the spiritual and aesthetic anchor of the home, embodying serenity and devotion.
We transformed a once-dimly lit kitchen into a bright, functional heart of the home. Muted sage green cabinetry brings freshness, while the custom-curved island serves as a central gathering spot, seamlessly connecting to the dining area through pocket doors with fabric-sandwiched glass.
This master bedroom is a serene cocoon, anchored by a custom-designed curved headboard in a subtle peachy pink. A tactile banana fibre panel partially frames the wall, adding organic charm and texture, while bespoke pendant lights cast a delicate, intimate glow.
We always knew the arches at Moire would be important moments to guide you through the space. Each one was custom-built, upholstered edge-to-edge in hand-embroidered fabric, and lit from within to feel soft and intentional, turning a simple transition into a beautiful experience.
Even a compact powder room can make a statement. Here, we combined blush subway tiles in a herringbone pattern with a custom black-and-white mosaic floor. The handcrafted concrete basin and fluted mirror were color-matched to the tiles, creating a unified and visually delightful space.
This partition began as a gentle curve in a 3D model and became the soul of the room. We wrapped the frame in a midnight blue fabric, layered with intricate embroidery and zari work, creating a piece that is both a soft divider and a quiet statement of bespoke artistry.

Every space we design involves a period of intense dry-fitting and material experimentation before a single permanent fixture is installed. We do not just rely on 3D renders; we build physical mock-ups of arches, partitions, and joinery on-site to ensure the scale feels right for your home, not just for a screen.
Our work is grounded in the reality of living in a space. You will notice a recurring theme of warmth and minimalism throughout our portfolio, whether it is a modern Bengaluru apartment or a heritage restoration project in Hyderabad.
We manage everything from bare shell construction to the final styling. This process includes 2D layouts for functional flow, 3D renders for mood setting, and constant on-site supervision. Because we are involved in every phase, we can make real-time adjustments—like shifting a plumbing point or changing a light fixture placement—that make a massive difference in how a room feels.
We prioritize honest materials like solid teak wood, natural stone such as Kadappa or Jaisalmer, and high-grade fabrics that age gracefully. We work directly with specialized teams for electrical, plumbing, and carpentry to ensure our design intent remains intact from the first drawing to the final handover.
