Planning & Visuals

- 3D Renders: High-definition photorealistic views for all habitable rooms to finalize lighting, textures, and mood.
- Material Board: Physical curation of fabric swatches, stone samples, veneer cuts, and paint chips.
Technical Documentation
- Working Drawings (GFC): Comprehensive diagrams for contractors including electrical looping, plumbing points, and false ceiling plans.
- Detailed Joinery: Specific elevations for wardrobe internals, kitchen units, and custom furniture.
Supervision & Management
- Site Visits: Periodic checks by the design lead to ensure construction aligns with design intent (stone laying, alignment).
- Vendor Coordination: Managing timelines across different agencies including AC, automation, and flooring teams.
Premium Turnkey Execution (Civil + Interiors)
Core Civil Work
- Structural Changes: Demolition of non-load bearing walls, re-layout of partitions, and debris removal.
- Flooring: Supply and installation of premium natural stones (Italian Marble, Black Kadappa, Limestone) or bespoke cement tiles with mirror polishing.
- Wet Areas: Complete waterproofing, new CPVC plumbing lines, and installation of high-end sanitary ware (Gessi/Kohler).
Bespoke Woodwork
- Materials: 100% Boiling Waterproof (BWP) plywood framework (Greenply/Century Club Prime).
- Finishes: High-grade natural wood veneers (Oak, Walnut, Teak) finished with Italian PU polish (Matte or High Gloss).
- Storage: Floor-to-ceiling wardrobes with soft-close hardware (Blum/Hettich) and specialized internal sensors.
Finishes & Electrical
- Wall Treatments: Fabric paneling, mouldings, cornices, and premium texture paints.
- Ceiling & Light: Gypsum false ceiling with architectural detailing (coves/curves) and profile LED lighting.
- Wiring: Complete rewiring with fire-retardant cables and modular architectural switches.
Ancestral Restoration & Heritage Makeover
Structural Revival
- Restoration: Treatment and refurbishment of existing beams and columns or installation of sourced antique Teak/Rosewood pillars.
- Courtyards: Civil work to open roofs for skylights and creation of indoor garden pockets with drainage.
Traditional Flooring
- Heritage Materials: Installation of traditional Athangudi tiles, oxide flooring, or rough-cut Jaisalmer stones laid in heritage patterns.
Artisanal Craftsmanship
- Solid Woodwork: Usage of solid Teak or reclaimed wood for doors and windows featuring hand-carved detailing.
- Stonework: Installation of heavy stone sculptures, bespoke stone cladding, and niches for idols.
- Details: Brass hardware, antique-style switchboards, and hand-painted wall murals.

For us at Studio Ipsa, a home is not just rooms and walls - it’s full of emotions, memories, and stories. We’re Sonal and Aniketh, and we put our hearts into designing spaces that go beyond looks. Every detail, every texture matters to us.
What We Actually Do
- We take care of everything from the first idea to final execution. That means listening to what you want, making 3D renders so you can see your future space, and then managing the whole build - sometimes for months, to get it right.
- No cookie-cutter stuff. Most furniture is custom - think green concrete dining tables, teak consoles, curved headboards, all made for you.
- We love mixing materials. You’ll see walls with hand-drawn murals, woven panels, and special veneer. Floors? Bespoke cement tiles or combos of Kadappa and Jaisalmer stone. Even bathrooms get the full treatment with seamless marble and bold fittings.
Our Style Vibe
- We do modern minimalistic interiors but keep it warm and inviting, with soft colors, layered textures and cozy rugs for that lived-in feel.
- Japandi style living spaces are a favorite - lots of curves, muted tones, oak wood, and focus on texture over color.
- If you’re into Indian heritage home makeover, we blend history with modern comfort. Expect rich woodwork, local stones, hand-painted details, and maybe even a traditional jhoola (swing).
Where and What
We mostly work on full homes, big apartments, and ancestral property makeovers in Bengaluru, but sometimes take on projects elsewhere too. Our work’s been featured in top Indian design mags, which is kinda nice.
