We source materials like solid Teak, marine-grade BWP plywood, and tempered fluted glass, but the material is only half the story. The other half is how we treat it. Our team focuses heavily on:

• Seamless Joinery: We avoid visible screws where possible, using mortise and tenon joints or high-end concealed hardware to maintain clean lines.
• Material Dialogue: We love pairing contrasting textures—like raw cane against smooth Duco paint or brass strips embedded into walnut veneer. This contrast adds depth to small spaces.
• Precision Engineering: Before any cutter hits the wood, we produce technical drawings. This is crucial for custom units, especially when integrating lighting sensors or hidden study nooks.

Custom furniture in a humid climate like ours requires specific considerations. We account for expansion and contraction in solid wood by allowing for slight tolerances in our joinery, particularly for main doors and heavy cabinetry.
