We explore the interplay of form, light, and materiality to create commercial and conceptual spaces that are grounded in tradition and ready for the future.

A 3D visualization of the 'Belagavi Home' concept, showing the split-level design that creates visual connections between the dining area and upper floors. The use of locally sourced Basalt stone flooring adds a rugged, earthy quality.

This architectural section drawing for the 'Belagavi Home' illustrates our design intent, showing how variations in levels and curved forms open up the interior volumes to light and air, reinterpreting vernacular principles in a contemporary way.

A conceptual render for a clubhouse lobby, featuring grand, tree-like pillars with integrated lighting that branch out across the ceiling. A central water body with a serene Buddha sculpture creates a tranquil and impressive entrance experience.

This render envisions the outdoor seating area of a clubhouse in Bangalore. The design combines minimalist grandeur with comfortable lounge furniture, creating a sophisticated space for social gathering and relaxation.

A render of the dining and living area in our 'Belagavi Home' concept, showcasing a double-height space with an internal courtyard. The design emphasizes natural light and a seamless connection to nature.

This visualization explores the interplay of light, shadow, and texture within the 'Belagavi Home'. A curved ceiling and a bridge-like corridor with a natural stone parapet create a dynamic and sculptural interior journey.

A conceptual design for 'The Potpouri', a modern food kiosk. The structure features a minimalist, brutalist-inspired concrete form with an angular, cantilevered roof, designed to be a simple yet striking public gathering spot.

A slightly different version of the architectural section for the 'Belagavi Home', highlighting the relationship between the building and its immediate landscape. This illustrates our holistic approach to design.

About Commercial & Conceptual Work

Our conceptual process begins with 3D sectional studies that examine how light and air flow through a building, long before we select a single material. This allows us to resolve structural challenges, like managing volume in a split-level home or optimizing foot traffic in a commercial kiosk, ensuring that every design choice serves a clear function rather than being purely aesthetic.
