We believe architecture extends beyond private residences into the shared environments that define our daily lives. From dynamic clubhouses to serene wellness pavilions, our community spaces are designed to foster social interaction and a deep engagement with the natural landscape.

The clubhouse for our Kolgaon Masterplan is designed as a dynamic patchwork of programs. The facade mixes perforated brick screens with transparent glass containers, creating a building that is both functional and visually engaging.

This diagram shows our concept for the Kolgaon clubhouse: a stack of containers for "chilling," "playing," "social," and "eating." Each program is twisted and rotated to respond to the site and create interconnected indoor-outdoor spaces.

The rooftop infinity pool and bar at the Kolgaon clubhouse. This space is designed as the social heart of the community, offering a place to relax and enjoy panoramic views of the Alibaug landscape.

The restaurant terrace at the Kolgaon clubhouse provides a beautiful setting for outdoor dining. The space is enclosed by glass and protected by a perforated brick screen, offering both views and privacy.

The co-working space inside the Kolgaon clubhouse is designed to be an inspiring place to work. Filtered light from brick screens and a slatted wooden ceiling create a calm and productive atmosphere connected to nature.

The streetscape of the Kolgaon Masterplan is designed to be pedestrian-friendly and community-focused. The low-rise, high-density townhouses are connected by landscaped paths, social greens, and small public spaces like this cafe pavilion.

The social green spaces in the Kolgaon Masterplan are designed to weave through the community. These landscaped courtyards with seating and art connect the private gardens to a larger, shared outdoor environment.

The Sanctuary is a wellness pavilion we designed as a sustainable, lightweight extension to a home in Hyderabad. The facade of timber and wooden screens, draped with greenery, creates a serene urban oasis.

Another view of The Sanctuary, showing how the angled timber supports and vertical screens create a porous yet private enclosure. The design provides a peaceful retreat from the bustling city.

The interior of The Sanctuary features a large, open-plan living space that flows around a central courtyard with a tree. The earthy materials and curving forms create a calming atmosphere perfect for a wellness space.

About Beyond the Home: Community & Wellness Spaces

In our community and wellness projects, we often utilize a patchwork planning strategy where programmatic volumes, such as sports, dining, or co-working areas, are rotated and stacked to create interconnected spatial experiences. This approach avoids static corridors, instead creating fluid transitions where indoor activities naturally spill out into shared, landscaped green spaces.
