Our On-Site Process: Precision Execution for Your Rooftop
We believe a great terrace starts with engineering, not just aesthetics. My process is simple—I am on-site to manage the execution so you don't have to deal with the construction stress.
Here I am at a high-rise project, explaining my thought process during the initial framing stage. It is crucial to plan for views and natural light from the very beginning to make sure the final structure feels connected to its beautiful surroundings.
Every beautiful terrace garden starts with a solid plan. This is me on-site, going over the Good For Construction (GFC) drawings with my team to ensure every detail is executed exactly as designed.
About Our On-Site Process
Most people think design is just about how a space looks. On-site, my focus is the 'maths'—verifying structural load, checking waterproofing, and ensuring the framing aligns perfectly with your terrace's layout. We don't just hand over a drawing; I stay on-site to make sure the execution matches the GFC (Good For Construction) plan exactly, so you don't face any of the usual construction 'jhanjhat' (hassle).
From Sketch to Setup
Designing a rooftop is the easy part. The real challenge is making sure it stays standing and leak-free for years. When I am on-site, I am looking at the things most people ignore: the weight distribution of a gazebo, the slope for rainwater drainage, and how the DGU glass will hold up against Dilli ki garmi (Delhi's heat).
Why I Am On-Site
I handle the technicals because details matter. If we are installing a pergola or an insulated room, I personally check the steel framework and the chemical anchoring. This isn't just about building; it's about making sure your penthouse or terrace remains a safe, usable space.
Our Process Breakdown:
- Planning & Maths: We don't guess. We check column capacities and structural loads before we bring a single steel beam on-site.
- GFC Drawings: I work with my team to convert concepts into 'Good For Construction' drawings. These are the technical maps we follow on-site to avoid errors.
- The 30-Day Timeline: Because we use modular steel and pre-fabricated elements, we avoid the mess of brick and mortar. This means I can get your space ready in about a month with very little noise or dust.
- Quality Control: From the 2-coat epoxy primer on steel to the WPC decking clips, I inspect everything. If it doesn't meet our standards, it doesn't get installed.
