We are Chirag and Ruhi, the husband-wife team turning Delhi's rooftops into usable, all-weather escapes. Here is how we combine structural engineering with architectural design to reclaim your outdoor space.
This is us, Chirag and Ruhi. Together, we combine our engineering and architectural skills with a shared passion for creating beautiful, functional outdoor spaces that bring nature back into your home.
About Meet The Founders
We do not just hand over a drawing and walk away. I manage the steel framework and the on-site execution to make sure your structure is safe and heavy-duty, while Ruhi focuses on the interior finishes and the layout. You get the peace of mind that the structure is built to last, combined with a design that actually feels like a home, not just a metal box.
Our approach is simple, functional engineering meets thoughtful design. In Delhi, we see too many rooftops turning into storage units because people think construction is messy and slow. We fix that by using lightweight steel and modular systems that get the job done in 30 days without the brick and mortar 'jhanjhat' (hassle).
Ruhi leads the architectural design, ensuring that every corner of your terrace or rooftop room serves a purpose and looks clean. Whether it is selecting the right WPC cladding for a cottage or planning a glasshouse that stays cool during Dilli ki garmi, she ensures the aesthetic is spot on.
I handle the technical heavy lifting. My job is to ensure your building roof can handle the load, the waterproofing is rock solid, and the electricals are hidden but accessible. We believe that if it is not structurally sound, it is not worth building. By keeping both the design and the execution under one roof, we eliminate communication gaps. We are based in Greater Kailash 1 and manage projects all over Delhi NCR, so we are always just a drive away if you need to discuss the nuances of your site.
