About Construction & Site Work
You won't see fancy staging here, just the actual steel framework and masonry work going into your terrace. Whether I am erecting MS hollow tube columns in Model Town or installing Shera board cladding in Chander Vihar, every project starts with a solid, rust-proof structure before the finish touches are added.
Behind the Build
A terrace makeover is not just about the final look; it is about structural integrity. When I start a project, whether it is in a busy locality like Rohini or a spacious roof in Gurgaon, the first step is always the skeleton.
Structural Foundation
I prioritize longevity. Every pergola, porta cabin, or deck I build starts with heavy-duty Mild Steel (MS) hollow tubes. These are treated with anti-rust primer and enamel spray paint to withstand Delhi's extreme weather—from the scorching summer sun to monsoon rains. My framing process ensures that when we add glass, ACP sheets, or wooden panels, the support underneath does not warp or fail.
The Assembly Process
I handle all onsite fabrication personally. You will see my team cutting and welding on-site, ensuring everything is custom-fitted to your specific roof dimensions. From installing insulation within porta cabin walls to securing toughened glass for wind resistance, the construction phase is where the durability is built in.
What You Can Expect
- Site Prep: Clearing the area and verifying load-bearing capacity for features like jacuzzis or heavy seating.
- Custom Fabrication: Precise cutting of MS sections for pergolas and canopy frames.
- Wall & Ceiling Work: Installing fiber cement boards or fluted panels to create distinct, usable rooms.
- Electrical Integration: Concealing wiring within the structure to keep your terrace clean and hazard-free.
I do not believe in hiding the work. The photos here show exactly how I build—from the initial messy stage of hauling steel up to the terrace to the precise final assembly. It is honest work, done right the first time.
