About The Transformation Process
We start every project by showing you a 3D render so you know exactly what your terrace will look like before a single piece of metal is cut. We handle the full build—from the heavy MS metal framework and waterproof WPC decking to electrical wiring—so you do not have to coordinate with multiple contractors.
Our approach is strictly design-led and executed for longevity. We believe an outdoor space is only as good as the structure beneath it. For every transformation, we establish a primary skeleton using heavy-duty MS (Mild Steel) hollow tubes. This foundation is essential for supporting roofing systems like polycarbonate or toughened glass, ensuring your space is protected from both harsh sun and monsoon rains.
For the flooring, we use raised WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) decking. This is moisture-proof and termite-proof, making it ideal for the open rooftops common in Delhi and Gurgaon. We conceal all electrical wiring within the metal framework, so you get clean, ambient lighting—typically COB downlights or LED strips—without exposed cords.
