Civil & Structural Work

- Masonry: Repairing plaster and creating new partition walls using terracotta bricks or AAC blocks.
- Waterproofing: Chemical waterproofing in wet areas like bathrooms, kitchen sinks, and balconies.
Flooring & Tiling
- Main Areas: Installation of 4x2 or 2x2 Double Charged Vitrified Tiles (Marble or Stone finish) or faux-wood plank tiles.
- Detailing: Checkerboard tile patterns for foyers, matching 4-inch skirting, and epoxy grouting.
False Ceiling & Electrical
- Ceiling: Full POP false ceiling with cove provisions, geometric star patterns, or peripheral borders.
- Lighting: Wiring modifications using Polycab/Havells wires. Installation of LED COB lights, strip lights, and profile lights.
Woodwork
- Wardrobes: Floor-to-ceiling modular wardrobes with BWP ply carcasses. Shutters finished in high-gloss Laminate or PU-coated Rubberwood.

Painting
- Process: 3 coats of putty, primer, and sanding.

- Drawers: Soft-close tandem boxes (Hettich/Hafele budget-mid range).
- Organizers: PVC cutlery trays, thali organizers, and bottle pull-outs.

Countertop & Backsplash
- Surface: Jet Black Granite or Kalinga Stone Quartz.
- Dado: Ceramic designer tiles or subway tiles up to 2 feet height.

During work, we mix old-school craft with today’s tools - jaise, ab lakdi ka kaam bhi tez aur safai se hota hai, thanks to new machines (now even woodwork is quick and clean). I’m on-site to check quality and keep things on track.
