Modular Woodwork
- Kitchen: L-shaped or Parallel layout. BWP (Waterproof) Ply for wet areas, MR Ply for dry areas. Finished in 1mm Glossy or Matte Laminates.
- Hardware: SS 304 wire baskets, bottle pull-outs, and standard soft-close hinges (Hettich/Ebco).
- Countertop: Indian Granite (Basic Black/Jet Brown).
- Wardrobes: Floor-to-ceiling hinged units made of MR Grade Plywood/HDFMR with off-white internal laminate.
False Ceiling & Walls
- Ceiling: Standard Gypsum board false ceiling in peripheral or simple tray designs (Living Room & Bedrooms).
- Paint: Premium Emulsion (e.g., Asian Paints Apcolite) for walls and ceilings.
- Decor: 1-2 accent walls using standard wallpaper or texture paint. Basic floating TV unit with laminate finish.
