Design & Consultation
- Layouts: 2D furniture planning focusing on ventilation and flow.
- Visuals: Basic 3D walkthroughs for Living, Master Bedroom, and Kitchen.
- Material Strategy: Selection of non toxic, sustainable materials like Rubberwood.
Civil & False Ceiling
- Ceiling Work: Peripheral cove lighting designs or tray ceilings in living and bedrooms. Includes custom cut outs like Moon & Stars for kids' rooms.
- Wall Finishes: 1 to 2 signature Lime Plaster accent walls (anti fungal, breathable). Premium Low VOC Emulsion paint for general walls.
Woodwork & Joinery
- Wardrobes: Floor to ceiling units in 3 bedrooms using BWP Grade Ply or treated Rubberwood carcass.
- Shutters: Laminate finish or signature Cane/Rattan webbing inserts for ventilation.
- Living Area: Standard wall mounted TV unit with charcoal louvers or veneer look panels.
- Foyer: Custom shoe rack and storage unit.
Services & Fixtures
- Electrical: Relocation of switch points and installation of owner supplied lights/fans.
- Lighting Supply: LED strip lights for coves and basic COB lights included.
- Hygiene: Deep cleaning of site and debris removal post execution.

- Dado: Designer ceramic tiles or color coordinated backsplash up to 2 feet.

- Mechanisms: Soft close hinges and telescopic channels (Hettich/Hafele economy range).
- Organizers: Cutlery tray, bottle pull out units, and SS 304 grade Thali/Plate baskets.

When ANI News picked up our work, it felt unreal—like, finally, people get what we’re trying to do at Story of Walls. I grew up in Delhi’s suburbs, watching the air get heavier and homes feel less alive. That’s why, as a team of environmental planners and conservation architects, we’re stubborn about making spaces that breathe. We keep things honest—no fancy talk, just homes that last, look good, and actually help you feel better.
