Grand Entrances and Archways
I build entrances that get noticed. Whether it is a traditional home puja or a hotel reception, I use fresh flowers and fabric to set the right tone at the door.
This is a festive gate I designed for a Mehendi or Sangeet night. It features a bright pink and orange fabric frame, decorated with marigold flower strings, paper pinwheels, and hanging Rajasthani umbrellas.
Here is the same Mehendi gate from a different angle at night. The pink uplighting enhances the colors of the fabric and makes the decorative umbrellas and hangings stand out.
This daytime view shows the detail of a colorful entrance gate. I used a mix of paper crafts, pinwheels, and fabric drapes in green, red, and pink to create a vibrant welcome for guests.
For a classic reception look, I created this entrance arch using fresh red and white flowers. The top is densely packed with carnations and roses, with strings of white flowers hanging down for an elegant effect.
This video shows the red and white floral entrance arch during the event. It gives you a real sense of the scale and how it looks with guests arriving.
I also provide floral decorations for hotels and corporate venues. This is a flower arch I installed at the glass entrance of a Radisson hotel, using a mix of colorful seasonal flowers.
This is a close-up of a floral pillar for an entrance arch. It shows the dense arrangement of fresh flowers like gerberas and carnations in multiple colors, combined with decorative leaves.
This is a simple yet beautiful floral arch I set up for a small home-based function. The arch is covered in pink and white flowers with hanging red tassels, creating a festive entrance over a red carpet.
This is the same floral arch for a home event, showing how it frames the entrance and welcomes guests into the celebration space.
This short video clip shows the home entrance arch decoration in action during the event, with guests and family around.
About Grand Entrances & Archways
I do not use plastic or fake props unless you specifically ask for them. For these archways, I focus on the density of the flowers. If you look at the entrance arch I set up at the Radisson or the home gates in the photos, you will see I pack the roses and carnations close together so you do not see the structure underneath. This makes the setup look full and finished the moment you walk through.
When I arrive at your venue in Greater Noida, the first thing I look at is the structure of the entrance. For a hotel or banquet hall, I work with the existing door frame to build a stable foundation. I use a mix of 40 percent fresh roses and carnations with quality artificial fillers. This mix is important because it keeps the structure light enough to mount securely but ensures the areas at eye level are always fresh, fragrant flowers.
For home functions and pujas, I often use marigolds. I create heavy twisted garlands for the entrance toran, usually covering 15 to 20 feet. If it is a festive event like a Mehendi or Holi party, I incorporate elements like paper pinwheels, Rajasthani umbrellas, and bright drapes to match the energy. I handle everything, from the transport of the frames to the on-site tying of flowers, which usually takes me about 2 to 3 hours depending on the complexity of the design. You do not need to worry about the setup, as I bring my own team and gear.
