This is a beautiful entrance tunnel I created entirely from fresh flower strings. The mix of white and pink flowers forms an archway that guides guests into the venue with warm lighting.
A grand and dramatic entrance for a night wedding. I used rich red drapes and floral arches made of red roses, with elegant chandeliers hanging along the path to create a luxurious welcome for guests.
This is an outdoor entrance arch for a day event, set against lush greenery. The arch is decorated with strings of orange and pink marigolds, with floral arrangements on the side, creating a vibrant welcome.
Here is an example of a home entrance decoration for a wedding event. I used curtains of yellow and green marigold strings to frame the doorway, making it festive and welcoming for guests.
About Event Entrances & Walkways
Most people forget that an entrance arch needs to handle the Delhi weather, especially during summer events. I use high-density floral foam and fresh, sturdy stems for every archway to make sure your gate looks just as fresh when your last guest arrives as it did when the first one walked in.
Your First Impression Matters
When guests arrive at your event, the entrance sets the mood. Since 1965, we have been setting up gates and pathways across Delhi, Gurgaon, and Noida. We do not use set packages because every venue entrance is different. Whether you have a wide hotel driveway or a narrow home door, we customize the design to fit the space.
How We Approach Entrance Decor
- Traditional Phool Gate: For Haldi or Mehendi functions, we use bright marigold (genda) lattices and traditional drapes. These are vibrant and very popular for home events.
- Grand Reception Tunnels: For night weddings, we build elaborate tunnels using roses and lilies, often combined with fairy lights or chandeliers to create a warm welcome.
- Small Space Solutions: Not every home has a large gate. We specialize in framing your main door with fresh floral strings, which adds a festive feel without taking up floor space.
Practical Details
We only work with fresh flowers. This means we prepare the structural setup earlier, but the final floral arrangement happens as close to the event time as possible to maintain freshness.
If you have a specific venue in mind, let us know. We have worked in many farmhouses and banquet halls across NCR and likely know the layout restrictions, which helps us plan the installation faster. Please check with your venue manager if they allow external decor teams, as some have specific gate restrictions.
