In-Office Event & Festive Decor
Entrance & Focal Points
- Balloon Structure: Installation of either one (1) standard spiral balloon arch (8ft x 8ft) OR two (2) 6ft tall balloon pillars placed at the entrance or cafeteria.
- Material: Uses standard metallic or matte latex balloons in 2 theme colors. (Note: Premium chrome or organic uneven styling is not included).
- Themed Photo Zone: One (1) themed selfie prop featuring a printed foam-board frame (approx. 3ft x 4ft) mounted on a stand (e.g., Independence Day, Diwali, Women's Day themes).
Office Ambience
- Floor & Ceiling Decor: 40-50 loose balloons scattered on the floor or arranged in ceiling bunches with curling ribbons to match the event theme.
Service Details
- Execution: Setup completed 2-3 hours prior to office opening.
- Clearance: Next-day removal of frames and stands; disposable balloons are left for the client to discard.
Store Launch & Inauguration Setup
Main Entrance Styling (Choose One)
- Option A (Traditional): Full coverage of the shutter/door frame with thick strings of Orange and Yellow Marigold (Genda Phool) with Mango leaf (Toran) accents and a 2ft floor petal rangoli.
- Option B (Modern): Sheer or satin fabric draping on the entrance frame in brand colors, accented with 4 floral bunches (local Roses, Gerberas, Gladiolus) at corners and tie-backs.
Ceremonial Essentials
- Red Carpet: Installation of a 15-20 running feet red carpet for guest arrival.
- Inauguration Kit: Includes a decorated ribbon across the door, a ceremonial tray with scissors, and a floral bunch for the chief guest.
Interior Decor
- Reception: Two (2) standard floral bouquets placed on the cash desk or reception counter matching the entrance theme.
Corporate Town Hall & Stage Suite
Backdrop Fabrication
- Structure: Heavy-duty truss system or wooden masking frame (Size: Up to 20ft Width x 10ft Height).
- Finish: Professional pleating using non-reflective fabric (White/Beige/Black) or gathered curtains.
- Floral Header: A 1ft deep floral border running across the top width, utilizing a mix of artificial silk flowers for volume and fresh flowers (Roses/Tuberoses) for texture.
Stage Furniture & Props
- VIP Seating: One (1) 3-seater sofa and two (2) single armchairs in leatherette or velvet finish (Beige/White).
- Floral Stands: Two (2) 3ft-4ft geometric gold metal stands placed on stage sides with dense fresh floral bouquets.
- Podium: One (1) waterfall-style fresh floral arrangement for the speaker podium.
Lighting
- Ambience: 8-10 LED Par Can uplighters placed at the backdrop base to wash curtains in brand colors.
- Visibility: 2 Halogen/Warm white lights for general stage illumination.
