This is the 'House Retold' project, a quiet transformation of an aged residence. This video shows the journey from a dark, enclosed staircase to a light-filled passage with expansive glass walls that open onto the garden.

The facade of House Retold, where I added a new architectural skin to a traditional structure. The design uses vertical louvers for privacy, large openings for light, and a modern material palette to give the home a completely new identity.

A quiet transformation of memory and material. This house is a reimagining of an aged residence that once stood in classical architectural style. Rather than erasing its past, the project reframes it, offering a new narrative through a clean, contemporary lens. The facade, once traditional, is now a composition of large glass openings, soft grey stone, and minimal lines that conceal the structure's original form beneath a new identity. This is not a house rebuilt, it is a house retold. Its story edited with restraint, respect, and renewed sense of clarity.

In this Delhi home, we used a deep teal lime plaster to create a feature wall embossed with a 'Tree of Life' motif. This artistic element greets you at the entrance, setting a tone of gentle harmony that flows through the rest of the living spaces.7

This open-plan living and dining area combines elegance with a welcoming ambiance. We used plush, shell-back accent chairs in a soft teal velvet to add a pop of color, complemented by a mirrored grid wall that enhances the sense of space and light. The design focuses on creating distinct zones for lounging and dining while maintaining a cohesive, luxurious feel.7
We designed this executive office to be both productive and aesthetically pleasing. The custom-built wooden shelving unit features integrated backlighting to highlight awards and decor, while the ergonomic leather chair and spacious desk provide ultimate comfort. The combination of rich wood tones and soft, layered lighting creates a powerful yet sophisticated workspace.

This is the result of reimagining an old industrial shed in Okhla. We preserved the original arched structure and replaced solid walls with expansive glass, creating a seamless connection to the lush green landscape and transforming it into a modern, light-filled workspace.5
The interior of the repurposed Okhla shed feels open and connected to nature. The arched window frames a beautiful view of the trees outside, while the minimalist furniture and bright green sofa add a touch of modern comfort to the industrial space.
Before the transformation, this was the industrial shed in Okhla. We saw the potential in its strong architectural bones and brick arches, choosing to work with the existing structure as a foundation for a new, environmentally-conscious design.
