Kids Fitness Camp: Building Strength & Character
I don't teach kids just to exercise; I teach them to be tough. This is a 29-day journey to build confidence, discipline, and a strong body from the ground up.
My daughter posing with my Mr. Karnataka 2024 trophies. I want every kid at my camp to feel this same pride and confidence in their own achievements, big or small.
Watch my daughter spotting me during pushups. This is what teamwork looks like. In our camp, kids learn to support each other and understand that we are all stronger together.
Who needs weights when you have a motivated training partner? This is how we make leg day fun. Our kids summer camp activities are designed to be engaging and build functional strength.
One rep at a time, she is learning what it means to be strong. I provide hands-on support to make sure every child learns proper form and feels successful in their fitness journey.
Holding the trophy she helped me win. Her support is my biggest prize. We teach children that celebrating each other's success is just as important as their own.
The gym is our playground. A kiss from my daughter is more powerful than any pre-workout. We create a positive, family-friendly atmosphere where kids feel happy and safe.
Look at that smile and that flex. This is pure joy and confidence. My goal is to make every child feel like a champion in their own right.
About this collection
This 29-day boot camp is not about sitting around. We do weekly treks to the Madhugiri Monolith, gymnastics basics, and functional exercises. My approach is simple: I treat your kids with the same discipline and focus that earned me the Mr. India title, because strength is a life skill.
Our Approach to Kids Fitness
People used to ask, 'Neeven madtana?' (What will he do?). Now, I am answering that with this camp. My summer program for kids (ages 4-15) at our Madhugiri gym is designed to build a mindset that can move mountains.
What Your Kids Will Learn
This isn't a passive summer camp. We focus on three core pillars:
- Body: Gymnastics, agility drills, and functional movement. We use gym mats and tires to build real-world strength rather than just machine-based exercises.
- Mind: We include arts, crafts, and science experiments to spark curiosity alongside physical training.
- Spirit: Through weekly treks to local landmarks like the Madhugiri Monolith or Ratnagiri Fort, we teach resilience, teamwork, and grit.
Why Train With Me?
I am not a corporate trainer; I am a competitor. My gym, Karnataka Xtreme Fitness, is where I earned my titles, and I bring that same 'never give up' energy to every session. We work in small groups because I promise every child gets noticed. If you want your child to walk out of this month different, stronger, and more capable, bring them here.
Adanna enjoy madbeku (You have to enjoy it) while we work. Whether it is dance choreography or obstacle courses, we make fitness a family value.
