This is where champions are forged. Our strength and conditioning sessions, led by expert coaches, are designed to build explosive power, agility, and the physical resilience needed for high-level badminton.
We believe in balancing dreams with discipline. This is Pradyot Ravi, who achieved a Karnataka state rank of #3 in badminton while also scoring an outstanding 93% in his SSLC board exams, proving our integrated academic program works.
Taking our talent to the global stage. We are incredibly proud of our trainee Raghu Mariswamy for clinching the Gold Medal in Men's Singles at the Egypt International Series 2024, a prestigious BWF tour event.
Speed, agility, and precision are non-negotiable. This clip shows our athletes executing high-speed footwork and agility drills, a core part of our training designed to improve court coverage and reaction time.
From our academy to the national squad. We congratulate our trainees Hithaishree and Nidhi for being selected to represent the official Team India at the Badminton Asia U15 Junior Championships.
Another victory on the international circuit. We celebrate our women's doubles pair, Ashwini Bhat and Shikha Gowtham, for their winning performance at the FZ Forza Dutch International 2024.
This is the YPBA family. A contingent of 22 of our players representing their respective states at the Senior National Championship, showcasing the depth of talent we nurture at our academy.
Our academy is a global training hub. Here, we are hosting the Peru Junior National Team for a training camp before their participation in the Junior World Championships, facilitating a valuable exchange of skills and culture.

- International Coaching: Our resident Indonesian coaches bring global experience, focusing on precision, footwork, and tactical awareness. You will hear them pushing you with direct, real-time feedback during every drill.
- Sports Science Support: Beyond the racket, we use gym-based strength and conditioning to prevent injuries and build explosive power. Our on-site physio team ensures that recovery is just as structured as training.
- Real Exposure: Whether it is a local state-level match or the BWF International Series, we prepare you for the competition environment. Our players do not just practice; they compete.
The Training Environment
We maintain six centers across Bengaluru, including JP Nagar and Mahadevapura, all equipped for serious training. The atmosphere is loud, energetic, and focused. Whether you are aiming for a district championship or want to represent Team India, our coaches push you to execute the fundamentals correctly every single time. We believe in building athletes who can think for themselves on the court, not just players who follow a script.
