Our Coaching Philosophy

At the heart of Sasthapools and Sportonix is a simple belief: swimming should be a joyful, safe experience. Founder Ratheesh Raveendran, a CISCE National Swimming Coordinator, leads our team with the mission of turning athletes into a family. We do not focus on rigid, fear-based training. Instead, we prioritize patience, helping every swimmer—from toddlers in our infant programs to competitive squad members—progress at their own pace.

Every coach at our academy undergoes a rigorous selection process focused on both technical skill and temperament. We look for individuals who share our values: hard work, self-belief, and empathy. Our instructors are trained to identify individual learning hurdles, ensuring that if a student is struggling with breath control or a specific stroke, they get the focused attention needed to overcome it.
