This hands-on approach allows them to correct your strokes in real time, ensure your safety, and provide immediate feedback, which helps you build water confidence much faster than standard observation-based coaching.

Our Coaching Philosophy

At the heart of Sasthapools and Sportonix is a simple belief: swimming should be a joyful, safe experience. Founder Ratheesh Raveendran, a CISCE National Swimming Coordinator, leads our team with the mission of turning athletes into a family. We do not focus on rigid, fear-based training. Instead, we prioritize patience, helping every swimmer—from toddlers in our infant programs to competitive squad members—progress at their own pace.
