About this collection
We don't just stand on the sidelines barking orders. In our U-7 sessions, we turn the turf into a playground with games like football bowling to teach accuracy without the boredom. Our Approach to Young Players
For kids under 7, the priority is simple: fall in love with the game. We avoid complex tactics or intense pressure. Instead, we use a curriculum of games and movement challenges designed to build agility and coordination naturally.
What a Session Looks Like
Every weekend batch is structured to keep energy high and attention focused:
- Warm-up: We start with movement games to get them comfortable on the turf.
- Skills & Drills: We use ladders, cones, and fun targets to teach basic touches like inner foot, outer foot, and stopping the ball.
- Match Play: We finish with small-sided games, usually 3v3 or 5v5, where they get plenty of time on the ball to try out what they just learned.
- Cool Down: A light stretch and a moment to breathe. We want them leaving happy, not exhausted.
Practical Details
- Schedule: We hold 8 sessions per month, strictly on weekends. This fits easily into a family routine without overwhelming the school week.
- Gear: All balls (Size 3 and 4) and training bibs are provided. Just bring the kids in comfortable sports shoes.
- Environment: Our Whitefield arena features a newly laid artificial turf, meaning no muddy clothes or rain-outs. It is a secure, enclosed space where they can run freely.
