About Grassroots: Starting Young (U7-U9)
Your child won't just stand in lines waiting for a turn. We structure our U7-U9 sessions as 60-75 minute windows where the ball is always at their feet. We use agility ladders, cones, and hula hoops to make learning motor skills feel like playtime, finishing every session with 5v5 small-sided scrimmages so they learn game awareness through action, not just theory.
Our "Total Football" Philosophy
For children aged 4 to 9, football should be a playground, not a classroom. We believe in the "Total Football" philosophy where players develop game sense, quick thinking, and adaptability from day one. Our sessions prioritize motor skills and ball mastery, ensuring your child develops a strong physical foundation while having genuine fun.
What Your Child Gets
Each batch runs 3 times a week (typically Tue/Thu/Sat or Mon/Wed/Fri). We maintain a coach-to-student ratio of 1:12 to 1:15, ensuring your child gets individual attention during the 60-75 minute sessions. We focus on agility drills that improve coordination and strength, ending every session with small-sided scrimmages. This allows them to make decisions in real-time, building confidence and social skills with their teammates.
Locations & Enrollment
We run programs across Bangalore, including Sofia Public School (Hegde Nagar), Bagalur Sports Arena, Total Football Turf (Narayanapura), and Sports Web Turf (Hennur). We keep the enrollment simple: a one-time registration fee covers your child's official training and match kit. Once enrolled, your child joins the U7 Lions, our grassroots family, where they learn to celebrate wins and learn from losses together.
