About this collection
We do not just put kids on the turf and hope for the best. Every drill here, from the agility ladder to those yellow PVC mini-hurdles, is designed to fix footwork and ball control. We focus on the inner foot, outer foot technique early on, so when the 3v3 match starts, they are not thinking about their feet. They are just playing.
Our approach to football coaching is built on a simple routine designed to keep kids engaged and improving. Every session follows a predictable flow, starting with a proper warm-up to prepare the body, followed by structured skill drills using cones and ladders to build muscle memory. We always move into small-sided 3v3 or 5v5 matches to maximize ball contact time, and we finish with a cool-down session that sometimes includes simple mindfulness exercises.
We keep our batch sizes manageable, with a 1:12 coach-to-student ratio for younger groups. This ensures that your child actually gets feedback rather than just getting lost in the crowd. Our training happens on our newly laid artificial turf, so the surface is consistent, safe, and reliable regardless of the weather.
Whether you are joining our weekend beginner program or the weekday academy batches, the goal remains the same: steady, measurable progress. We do not look for overnight miracles. We look for players who are better today than they were last week. If you are looking for a place near ITPL in Whitefield to start your football journey, come by and see how we train.
